Riding with wounded warriors

For the fourth year, former President George W. Bush, 67, led wounded warriors on the Warrior 100K, a 62-mile bike ride on his Crawford ranch and along surrounding roads. All were current and retired military personnel who were wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan who joined in for the three-day trek that ended Saturday.

The annual ride was organized by the George W. Bush Institute and George W. Bush Presidential Center as their Military Service Initiative. Read more about this year’s ride in the Stars and Stripes.
