I live in Buckingham County. My husband and I AND our two pups felt and heard it! It sounded like a huge truck rambling right in front of our house. It definitely shook the house; but it only lasted for about 3.5 seconds or so. NOTHING like the one in 2011 when I lived in Palmyra. That was a low, slow rumble with an incredible sound that shook the house to its core!
