Congressman Frank Wolf (R-10th CD) shares some of Barbara Comstock’s “real jobs” and the success she has had as a bipartisan legislator in the just-released campaign ad, “Trusted Aide.”
The ad, narrated by Congressman Wolf, for whom Barbara served as a senior aide, highlights Barbara’s background and bipartisan success as a legislator. Delegate Comstock has been elected three times to the Virginia House of Delegates and currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Science and Technology Committee. She has been a leader focusing on jobs and a healthy economy, reforms that save taxpayers money, and cracking down on human trafficking and improving our quality of life.
The text of the ad reads as follows:
Congressman Frank Wolf: “Barbara Comstock is a devoted wife, mother and public servant. She was elected to the House of Delegates where she wrote the law to protect women and children from human traffickers. Barbara Comstock was a trusted aide to me and she’ll be a great Congresswoman for all of us.”
Succinct and to the point. View the video here.
Delegate Comstock has been endorsed by the Virginia Police Benevolent Association, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National and Virginia Realtors, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, Association of Builders and Contractors, Virginia Credit Union League, and many Virginia business, community and elected leaders across the District.

Barbara Comstock is currently a member of the House of Delegates serving McLean, Great Falls, and parts of Vienna and Loudoun County. Comstock was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2009 and re-elected in 2011 and 2013. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Science and Technology Committee and is the only woman serving as a Chairman in the House of Delegates. She also serves on the Transportation, and Commerce & Labor Committees. Comstock previously served as a senior aide to Congressman Frank Wolf, a senior Justice Department official, a senior partner in a law firm and a small business owner. She has lived in McLean, VA, for the past 33 years where she raised her three children with her husband, Chip.
The choice of Barbara Comstock is clear for the 10th Congressional District in November.
