George H.W. Bush endorse Ed Gillespie

From President George H.W. Bush:

In times of choosing, the right leader can make all the difference. On Tuesday, Virginians will head to the polls to vote in an election that’s about big choices facing our country.

That’s why I hope they’ll choose the right leader and vote for Ed Gillespie to be Virginia’s next United States Senator.

Ed will be an effective senator from day one. He’ll fight for you every single day. Ed will also stand up for our nation’s veterans, over 800,000 of whom call Virginia home – who have fought to keep us safe and free.

I’m proud to know Ed Gillespie and call him a friend. Ed is a man of character and integrity who will always do the right thing for Virginia and America.

This Tuesday, I encourage all Virginians to vote for Ed Gillespie.

Sincerely,

George H.W. Bush
41st President of the United States
