Mike Huckabee quits Fox show, will explore presidential run

Former Governor Mike Huckabee announced Saturday night on his Fox News Channel show that he would not be back because he planned to form an exploratory committee to consider running for U.S. President.

Justin Green at the Washington Examiner noted:

“Don’t miss my show tonight on Fox; You can watch tonight or read about it in the papers tomorrow. 8pm EST. Tell your friends!” Huckabee tweeted. He is expected to make a decision on a presidential candidacy this spring.

Huckabee was unsuccessful in a 2008 bid for president.
