At our house, we received a brochure from the Emmett Hanger for Senate campaign on Wednesday in advance of the Republican Primary coming up on Tuesday, June 9. It shared Senator Hanger’s story of growing up in Augusta County, and his work on behalf of the citizens of the 24th Senate District.
On Thursday we received a brochure from the campaign that shared the senator’s conservative and faith-based values, and his 100% rating from the Family Foundation of Virginia. “Everyone is concerned about the erosion of freedoms these days,” Senator Hanger says in the brochure. “The Bible says it best in Corinthians, ‘Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty.’ As a rural legislator, I pledge to protect the traditional Virginia values that keep our families and our community strong and free.”
Come on out and get involved with Emmett’s campaign by checking his website at http://www.EmmettHanger.com or call us at Hanger Headquarters at 540.280-4450. Headquarters is located at the corner of Richmond Rd and Statler Blvd in Staunton in the two-story white Old Colony Construction model home. Give us a call to be sure we’re there … things are busy these days as we deliver yard signs, 4’x4′ and 4’x8′ signs into the community.
Check out Emmett on Facebook, and you can follow him on Twitter @Emmett_Hanger.
We’re delivering Hanger for Senate signs so let us know what you need. The Primary is June 9 — polls will be open at your regular voting places from 6am until 7pm just like a regular election day.
Please join me in supporting Senator Hanger so he can continue the leadership he has provided for the 24th Senate District.
The 24th Senate District covers all of Augusta, Madison, and Greene counties; part of Rockingham and Culpeper counties; and all of Staunton and Waynesboro.
