Cruz: 94.5% of campaign money is from donations of $1 million or more

USA Today recently had a graphic showing the money donations for each 2016 Republican presidential candidate of those giving $1 million or more and, surprisingly, leading the pack was Ted Cruz, supposedly the anti-establishment fire-brand. Bottom of the list was Bobby Jindal, and third from the bottom was Jeb Bush.
