The calls for someone to do something to stop Donald Trump are suddenly ramping up now that the GOP presidential front runner has placed first in three state primaries. Where has everyone been, they ask, as they wring their hands and express signs of distress at the prospect that Trump may be the eventual nominee.
The news media have built up Trump to what he is by unfairly giving him four times the air time of other candidates. The Republican National Committee has put Republicans in this spot by not properly vetting. The GOP has touted itself as the party of family values. With Trump in the mix, I challenge that.
